The primary focus of Stephen Brunette's 40-year career as a lawyer has been, and remains, legal research and analysis of complex legal issues.  His skills in this area were honed early in his career while he was employed for 10 years by a major legal publisher, during which he created and published several legal articles and prepared several Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs for various entities.  These foundational skills have been sharpened over the past 30 years, as he turned his focus to estate, probate, and general civil litigation and appeals in Colorado's state and federal courts. 

Although the current emphasis of his practice is on estate and probate mediation, remains available to provide contract services to other lawyers who would benefit from detailed legal research and analysis of complex issues that arise in civil litigation and appeals.
